Role Purpose:

Keonos is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer with deep expertise in Playwright and Python to lead quality strategy across a sophisticated, multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem.

This is a high-impact engagement role where you'll architect automated testing frameworks for complex integrations spanning multiple Salesforce clouds, enterprise APIs, and AI-driven workflows. You'll work alongside our Professional Services delivery teams, ensuring that customer-facing deployments maintain the highest standards of reliability and performance.

What You’ll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive automated test suites using Playwright and Python for Salesforce declarative and custom components, APIs, and integrations
- Lead QA strategy for multi-environment deployments (DEV, SIT, UAT, Production) with focus on release governance and integration-aware testing




- Collaborate with DevOps and release management teams to embed automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Copado, Gearset)
- Architect test frameworks for complex Salesforce integrations including enterprise APIs, OmniStudio processes, and Agentforce AI workflows
- Partner with Professional Services delivery leads to validate configuration and customizations before customer deployments
- Mentor junior QA engineers and establish testing best practices and standards
- Drive continuous improvement through test metrics, coverage analysis, and defect trend reporting

What We're Looking For: Must-haves:

- 8-10 years of QA automation experience with proven expertise in Playwright and Python scripting
- Advanced proficiency in designing and implementing test automation frameworks (page object model, data-driven testing, API testing)
- 6+ years of hands-on experience testing Salesforce cloud platforms
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and ability to integrate automated tests into deployment workflows
- Experience with API testing (REST, GraphQL) and data validation in complex integration scenarios
- Demonstrated ability to lead QA initiatives, mentor team members, and establish quality standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with ability to work cross-functionally

Desirable:

- Experience in enterprise transformation or large-scale SaaS deployments
- Salesforce certification (QA or relevant cloud certifications)
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, GitLab integration)
- Familiarity with MuleSoft integration testing or OmniStudio validation




- Knowledge of AI/ML testing patterns (experience with Agentforce or similar AI platforms)
- Performance and load testing experience

- Test framework adoption across the client's Salesforce delivery pipeline, increasing deployment confidence and reducing production defects by 40%+
- Automated test coverage of 70%+ for critical customer-facing workflows
- Mentoring junior QA engineers and establishing a culture of quality ownership across the team
- Zero critical defects escaping to production through improved pre-deployment validation
- Building trust with customer stakeholders by demonstrating rigorous testing discipline and strategic quality leadership
