Senior Sales Manager – Commercial & Kitchen Equipment & Refrigerated Display Counters

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead sales and business development for our range of commercial kitchen equipment, kitchen manufacturing products, and refrigerated display counters.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the commercial kitchen industry, refrigeration/display systems, project sales, and dealer/channel development. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key clients, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate current business opportunities through direct sales, dealer networks, consultants, contractors, architects, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, institutions, and food-service companies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Handle sales of commercial kitchen equipment, stainless-steel kitchen equipment, preparation equipment, refrigeration equipment, and refrigerated display counters.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the design, estimation, production, and installation teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and present quotations, commercial proposals, and project offers.
- Lead negotiations with customers and close high-value sales.
- Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks and identify new market opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Visit project sites and customers when required to understand technical and commercial requirements.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, payments, and after-sales requirements.




- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and customer databases.
- Guide and mentor the sales team and monitor individual performance.
- Coordinate with production and project teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Build long-term relationships with key accounts and increase repeat business.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in commercial kitchen equipment, kitchen manufacturing, refrigeration, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of commercial kitchen equipment and refrigerated display counters.
- Experience in B2B/project sales and institutional sales is preferred.
- Strong network among hotels, restaurants, caterers, hospitals, institutions, architects, consultants, contractors, and food-service businesses will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to understand technical product specifications and customer requirements.
- Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and project visits.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant industry experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.

Compensation Salary: Competitive and based on experience and industry knowledge.

Incentives: Performance-based sales incentives/commission may be provided.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in commercial kitchen manufacturing, kitchen equipment sales, refrigeration equipment, refrigerated display counters, project sales, and will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,012.02 - ₹75,090.73 per month
