Role Description The Senior Sales Executive – Jewellery will be responsible for driving jewellery sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a high-quality in-store experience. This full-time, on-site role is based in Theni and involves engaging with walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, showcasing jewellery collections, and closing sales in a professional and transparent manner. The role includes maintaining product displays, supporting stock management, assisting with pricing and billing, and ensuring adherence to company policies and processes.

Executive will also support sales planning, participate in local promotional activities,



and provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the management team.

Qualifications

Proven experience in jewellery sales or retail sales, with solid customer service and relationship-building skills.

Ability to understand product features, gold and gemstone basics, and explain value propositions clearly to customers.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers in a respectful and professional manner.

Attention to detail and basic numerical skills for handling pricing, billing, and stock-related activities accurately.

High level of integrity and trustworthiness, with a commitment to ethical selling practices and customer satisfaction.

Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with team members.

Prior experience in jewellery showrooms or similar retail environments in Theni or nearby regions is an advantage.

Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.

Comfort with basic computer.

Willing to relocate to Theni.

Pay: ₹12,502.97 - ₹15,000.00 per month
