- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and property preferences.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and available options to clients.
- Schedule and conduct genuine client site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Build robust relationships with clients and provide professional assistance throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales in the company CRM/Google Sheet.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management to ensure smooth deal closure.
- Stay updated about company projects, market trends, competitors, and pricing.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports as required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹42,361.53 per month
