About the Role

CIMSME is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The role will involve MSME loan assistance, business development, client relationship management, professional networking, and event promotion.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a skilled approach, and the ability to connect with entrepreneurs, MSMEs, business owners, professionals, and organisations.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and connect with MSMEs, entrepreneurs, and business owners.
- Assist clients in understanding business loans, funding and financial assistance opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful engagements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Promote CIMSME's events, conferences, workshops, training programmes and professional initiatives.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for successful event participation.
- Conduct regular follow-ups through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and meetings.




- Maintain daily sales and lead follow-up reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals and market outreach.
- Represent CIMSME professionally while interacting with MSMEs, institutions and business professionals.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Strong follow-up and sales skills.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and professionals.
- Basic knowledge of MSME business, loans or financial products will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp and email communication.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
