For every work order completed after the first 5 work orders, you will receive an incentive of 2000Rs. per additional work order.
eg. 5 work orders : no incentive
6 work orders : Rs. 2000*6 = Rs. 12000 incentive
7 work orders : Rs.2000 *7= Rs. 140000 incentive
8 work orders : Rs. 2000*8= Rs.16000 incentive.
you achieve more than 5 work orders in a month, you will also receive a travel allowance of
Rs. 3000 for a month.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES our responsibilities include:
- Generating new sales leads.
- Meeting prospective customers.
- Explaning the company's solar EPC solutions.
- Achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintaing customer records and submitting daily / weeklt=y reports.
- Coordinating with the operations team until the work order is handed over.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
