Role Description The Senior Revit Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design and documentation using Revit for a variety of commercial and corporate projects in Mumbai. This full-time, on-site role involves developing detailed architectural drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that designs meet client requirements, regulatory standards, and SMARTANK’s quality benchmarks.

Architect will oversee design integration with engineering disciplines, manage project timelines and deliverables, and support the preparation of construction documents and presentations.



The role also includes mentoring junior team members, collaborating closely with project managers and consultants, and actively participating in design reviews and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to lead complex design projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and related Software Development or customization for design workflows.
- Experience with Integration of architectural models with structural, MEP, and other multidisciplinary systems.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and tracking deliverables.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Proven experience in Revit-based architectural projects, preferably in commercial or corporate environments.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes in Mumbai or similar urban contexts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to quality and deadlines.
- Experience mentoring or leading design teams is highly desirable.
