Preferred candidate profile

Qualification - MD/MS/DNB in the relevant specialty post MBBS from a MCI/NMC recognized teaching institution.

Experience - 0 to 10 years of teaching experience in NMC recognized UG/PG teaching institution

Teaching

- Develop and deliver high-quality lectures, seminars, and practical sessions in the assigned courses related to the non-clinical aspects of medicine.
- Employ innovative teaching methodologies to engage and inspire students in active learning and critical thinking.
- Provide mentorship and academic guidance to students, including advising on research projects, coursework, and career development.

Research:
- Conduct original research in the field of specialty.
- Publish research findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals and present at national and international conferences.




- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in interdisciplinary research initiatives within the college and with external partners.

Administrative Duties:
- Assist in curriculum development, review, and evaluation to ensure alignment with the latest educational standards and practices.
- Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other administrative responsibilities as assigned.
- Contribute to accreditation processes and quality improvement efforts within the department and college.

- Stay abreast of advances in the field through continuous learning, attending workshops, conferences, and obtaining relevant certifications.
