Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales and retention.

- Identify new business opportunities through direct channel sales efforts.

- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue from Direct Channel (DD) partnerships.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-5 years of experience in life insurance, preferably in a similar role or related field.

- Solid understanding of direct channel sales principles and practices.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
