Role Description The Senior Recruitment Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including understanding staffing needs, drafting clear job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews. The role involves screening resumes, conducting preliminary discussions, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure a smooth selection process.

- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills to assess candidates and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- Relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, preferably in marketing or digital services industries.
- Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of standard recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
