Role Purpose

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading
SMT service operations
in the assigned region, ensuring high-quality customer support and timely service delivery across installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and machine audits.
SMT Service Operations
Lead installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, breakdown support, and machine audits for SMT equipment.
Manage field service activities, engineer deployment, site visits, and resource allocation.
Ensure timely resolution of technical issues while maintaining defined service KPIs and SLAs.
Improve machine uptime and reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
Monitor service performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with key customers.




Handle customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular customer visits and service review meetings.
Understand customer requirements and ensure timely resolution of technical concerns.
Support AMC renewals and identify prospects for service upgrades and modernization.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Service Engineers.
Allocate resources effectively for timely customer support.
Monitor individual and team performance against defined KPIs.
Identify training needs and support technical skill development.
Build a service team culture focused on customer satisfaction and technical excellence.
Technical Coordination
Coordinate with relevant technical teams for troubleshooting, training, and complex technical issues.
Ensure adherence to defined SMT service standards and processes.
