At thumpN, everything a fan sees before they walk through the gates—a social post, an event graphic, a push notification, a piece of merch—is a chance to make them feel something. We are building a brand in a space that has never had one done properly, and we need someone who cares about making it look like nothing else out there.

This is a leadership role: you will work across social, marketing, brand, and product, touching real output every day. People management experience and ownership is a must.

What You’ll Actually Do
Real responsibilities, not a wish list
Social and Campaign Design




Lead team to design static and animated social media creatives across Instagram, X, YouTube, and other platforms.
Translate campaign briefs into visuals that are on-brand, on-time, and built for each platform’s format.
Move rapid on reactive content around live events, artist announcements, and cultural moments.
Iterate based on feedback without ego and without losing momentum.

Marketing and Brand Collateral
Help maintain and evolve thumpN’s visual identity across touchpoints, keeping colour, type, and layout consistent.
Explore current visual styles, illustration directions, and design trends to keep the work feeling current.

Day-to-Day Production
Work closely with Marketing, Social, Content, and Partnerships teams on briefs and timelines.
Use AI tools where they genuinely speed up the work without compromising the output.
