Role & responsibilities

Driving online sales, advertising performance, customer acquisition, and overall digital business growth. The role involves managing e-commerce operations, coordinating advertising campaigns, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring the team achieves revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute e-commerce sales and digital advertising strategies.
Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, ROAS, CAC, and advertising spend.
Analyze campaign and sales data to identify growth opportunities.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization of marketing spend.
Coordinate with marketing, creative, warehouse, customer service, and sales teams.
Plan promotional campaigns for festivals, seasonal events, and product launches.
Track inventory and coordinate with operations to minimize stock-outs and overstocking.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
Identify underperforming campaigns/products and implement corrective actions.




Train team members and establish transparent performance goals and KPIs.
Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and digital advertising best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in e-commerce, performance marketing, or online marketplace management.
Valuable understanding of sales funnels, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data-analysis skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team-management abilities.
Ability to work with sales targets, budgets, and performance KPIs.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
