Key Responsibilities:
Research and build target account lists across Innoviti's focus sectors (Auto, Hospitality, Retail and

other enterprise segments), using company research, news, and CRM/account data to prioritize

accounts.
Identify the right finance contacts at each target account (CFO's office, finance controllers, and other

budget holders) and map the buying committee.
Run outbound outreach phone, email, and LinkedIn — to engage target contacts and generate

interest in Innoviti's products and services.
Qualify prospects against Innoviti's ideal customer profile before booking a meeting, so Sales

Managers spend their time on genuinely qualified prospects.
Schedule and coordinate qualified meetings for the Sales Managers, and hand off research and

context cleanly so the first meeting is productive.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of research, contacts, outreach, and meeting outcomes in the

CRM.
Work closely with the three Sales Managers on a regular basis to align on target accounts, refine

targeting criteria,



and act on feedback from meetings held.
Consistently meet and aim to exceed monthly qualified-meeting/qualified-lead targets.
Stay current on Innoviti's products, target industries, and competitive landscape to have credible

first conversations with finance stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, inside sales, or research-driven

outbound roles; B2B/enterprise experience preferred.
Graduate in any discipline.
Solid account research skills — comfortable using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company websites,

Lucia, Zoom info and other sources to identify the right contacts at an account.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to have credible

conversations with senior finance stakeholders.
Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Fluent in English and Hindi; any additional regional language is a plus.
