HR Recruiter – Australian Recruitment
Location: Noida Sector 16 | Experience: 2+ Years | Work from Office
We are hiring an experienced HR Recruiter with Australian recruitment experience. Candidates with onshore Australian recruitment experience or prior work/living experience in Australia will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for Australia.
Sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals & headhunting.
Screening, interviewing & shortlisting candidates.
Client coordination and interview scheduling.
Handling non-IT recruitment and maintaining candidate pipelines.
Requirements:
2+ years of Australian recruitment experience.
Non-IT recruitment experience preferred.
Robust communication and sourcing skills.
Valuable knowledge of the Australian job market.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
