We are looking for a Software Engineer (Backend & AI Integration) to build scalable backend services that power AI-driven applications and enterprise integrations. This role involves designing APIs, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), building agent tools, managing databases, and developing robust integrations with enterprise platforms.

The ideal candidate has robust expertise in Python, FastAPI, SQL, API development, and AI/LLM integrations, with experience building production-ready backend systems.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
Build APIs that expose GenAI, RAG, AI Agent, and ML capabilities to enterprise applications.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems such as SharePoint, ERP, databases, and document management platforms.
Design, optimize, and manage PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases.
Integrate and manage LLM APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), including streaming and token management.
Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2, JWT, and RBAC.




Develop asynchronous workflows, background jobs, and high-performance API services.
Ensure API reliability through proper validation, error handling, logging, and monitoring.
Collaborate with AI, product, and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI-powered solutions.
Follow best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, Docker, and Git-based development.

Required Skills
Robust hands-on experience in Python development
Experience building production-grade applications using FastAPI
Solid understanding of REST API design and development
Solid SQL skills with expertise in query optimization, indexing, and transactions
Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB
Proficiency with Git and Docker
Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, or other LLM APIs
Understanding of asynchronous programming concepts in Python
