About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Banking & Partnership Alliances professional to build and manage strategic partnerships across banks, credit card issuers, fintech companies, payment platforms, loyalty programs, wallets, Employee R&R;, NBFCs, travel platforms, consumer internet companies, and other large distribution partners.

The person will be responsible for identifying potential partners, reaching the right decision-makers, developing partnership propositions, managing commercial discussions, coordinating integrations and launches, and growing partnerships after they go live.

This is not purely a lead-generation role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the complete partnership lifecycle prospecting pitching negotiation closure launch relationship management growth.





The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a rapid-moving startup workplace and directly interacting with senior stakeholders across banks and large enterprises.
