About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers who are passionate about websites, digital content, and learning recent CMS tools. As a Web Content Specialist, you will support the creation, management, and publishing of website content for global brands. This is an entry-level role where you will be trained on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related tools.
You will work closely with senior content specialists, developers, designers, and QA teams to help deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
(Training will be provided on all tools and processes)
Content Authoring & Updates
Create, update, and publish website pages using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Upload images, videos, and digital assets following brand guidelines.
Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with project requirements.

Quality & Review Support
Perform basic content checks to ensure formatting, links, and visuals are correct.
Support troubleshooting by identifying issues and sharing findings with the team.

Documentation & Process
Follow project workflows,



templates, and best practices.
Maintain content documentation and update checklists/manuals when needed.
Support daily updates such as timesheets, reporting, and review notes.

Collaboration
Work with cross-functional teams including design, development, and QA.
Participate in stand-ups, reviews, and feedback discussions.

Required Skills
(Freshers should meet most but not all — training is provided)
Technical Skills
Basic understanding of HTML & CSS.
Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Word.
Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Understanding of website structures and digital content basics.

Soft Skills
Good communication (written & verbal).
Robust attention to detail.
Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines.
Eagerness to learn recent platforms and tools.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
