Sarvakaya Hill Resort is a premium hill resort in Yelagiri, known for its beautiful valley views, peaceful surroundings, family-friendly experience and warm hospitality. We are looking for an energetic and guest-focused Front Office Manager to lead our front office operations and ensure a seamless experience for every guest.

Role Overview

The Front Office Manager will be responsible for managing the complete front office operation, from reservations and pre-arrival coordination to check-in, guest services and checkout, while ensuring high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Front Office and Guest Relations team.
Ensure smooth and effective check-in and checkout processes.
Supervise reservations, room allocations and guest requests.
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping,



F&B;, Maintenance and Sales teams.
Monitor room availability, occupancy, arrivals, departures and special requests.
Ensure all guest preferences and special occasions are communicated and handled appropriately.
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate guest records, billing and front office documentation.
Ensure proper collection of payments and adherence to hotel credit/payment policies.
Prepare daily operational reports and communicate important updates to management.
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, safety procedures and statutory requirements.
Maintain a welcoming, skilled and organized front office at all times.
