Design and administer SharePoint Online, OneDrive settings & Teams.
Integrate Power Platform with Teams, SharePoint, and external systems via APIs.
Deploy and manage Microsoft Copilot across Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Maintain Power Platform apps, flows, and reports (Power Apps, Automate, BI).
Automate admin tasks with PowerShell, Graph API, and Power Automate.
Collaborate with network, security, and endpoint teams for secure M365 integration.
Troubleshoot Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot technical issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange, and SharePoint issues, collaborating with Microsoft support for advanced problem resolution.
Knowledge on Azure Entra ID tenant, including user provisioning, groups and roles




Knowledge of Azure DevOps with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform for automated deployments and release management.
Understanding of licensing, tenant management, and governance frameworks.
Valuable knowledge on Plan, execute, and validate migrations from Sharepoint online or file shares to SharePoint Online using tools like SPMT, ShareGate, and PowerShell automation.
Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and configuration baselines.
Drive adoption and training for M365, Power Platform, and Copilot capabilities.

Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows.
Azure Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access policy management and identity governance.
