Greet customers and figure out what vehicle or equipment they drive.
Recommend tires based on safety, budget, weather, and driving habits.
Explain warranties, service packages, and maintenance options.
Write price quotes, process sales, and operate point-of-sale (POS) software.
Manage dealer networks or business-to-business (B2B) fleet accounts if working wholesale.
Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and organized with current product displays.
Track inventory levels and report stock needs to management.

Skills and Qualifications
Valuable communication and friendly customer service skills.
Basic knowledge of tire sizes, load ratings, and vehicle applications.
Ability to meet regular sales and revenue quotas.
Basic computer skills for handling billing and inventory logs.
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
