Daskalos Technologies Pvt. Ltd. , the strategic execution arm of Emeritus , is hiring Academic Counselors to support student recruitment for leading international universities establishing their branch campuses in India.

Location: Bengaluru / Mumbai

/n

Work Schedule: 6-Day Workweek

/n

/n

Key Responsibilities:

/n

• Counsel prospective students and parents on undergraduate and postgraduate programs offered by leading international universities.

/n

• Handle enquiries through phone calls, video meetings, emails, and walk-ins.

/n

• Build and manage a solid pipeline of prospective students and drive enrolments.

/n





• Follow up with leads and guide applicants through the admissions process.

/n

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress in Salesforce CRM.

/n

What We're Looking For:

/n

/n

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Academic Counselling, Admissions, Inside Sales, or Education Sales.

/n

• Prior experience in higher education, universities, or EdTech is preferred.

/n

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.

/n

• Strong consultative selling approach with a proven track record of achieving targets.

/n

• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Excel will be an advantage.
