Position : Sales Team Lead

As the Sales Team Head for Skillx team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the

/n

sales team to drive admissions and revenue growth. You will play a key role in strategizing and

/n

executing sales initiatives, mentoring team members, monitoring performance, and ensuring

/n

the successful achievement of set targets. This role demands solid leadership, coordination,

/n

and performance management skills to align sales efforts with the project's overall objectives.

/n

RESPONSIBILITIES:

/n

● Lead, guide, and support sales team members in achieving individual and collective

/n

sales targets.

/n

● Strategically plan and execute weekly and monthly sales activities aligned with project

/n

objectives.

/n

● Convert leads into confirmed admissions through effective follow-up, consultation, and

/n

sales techniques.

/n

● Monitor the sales pipeline to ensure timely and high-quality engagement with potential

/n

leads.

/n





● Evaluate sales pitch effectiveness and provide regular feedback to enhance conversion

/n

rates.

/n

● Conduct periodic training sessions to develop team competencies and improve

/n

performance.

/n

● Prepare and maintain accurate reports on admissions, revenue, follow-up activities,

/n

and lead status.

/n

● Collaborate with internal departments such as MEL, Finance, and Training for process

/n

coordination and support.

/n

● Ensure timely clearance and communication of team incentives and bonuses.

/n

● Facilitate weekly review meetings to assess progress, address challenges, and refine

/n

strategies.

/n

● Oversee team attendance, EMI coordination, head call status, and leave tracking.

/n

● Actively contribute to OKR-based initiatives to support broader project goals.

/n

QUALIFICATIONS:

/n

● Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

/n

● Minimum 1 year of experience in sales team
