What You'll Do
You'll work on high-impact projects across different parts of the business depending on your strengths, interests and business priorities.
You could find yourself solving questions like:
How can we improve inventory availability without significantly increasing working capital?
Why is a particular marketplace/category growing faster than another?
How can we improve forecasting accuracy across thousands of SKUs and channels?
Which business processes can be automated or simplified?




Where should we deploy the next rupee of investment to generate maximum impact?
How can data help us identify a business problem before it becomes visible?
And then you'll be expected to help implement the answer, not just present it.

What You'll Own
Business Problem Solving
Work on ambiguous, cross-functional business problems and bring structure to them.
Break complex problems into transparent hypotheses and actionable workstreams.
Use data to identify patterns, opportunities and root causes.
Translate analysis into practical business recommendations.
Data & Analytics
Build dashboards, trackers and analytical models to support decision-making.
Analyse business performance and identify trends or anomalies.
Work with large datasets across sales, inventory, consumers, marketplaces and operations.
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
