Job DescriptionWe are seeking a PeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience, who is worked in at least one full cycle of PeopleSoft/PeopleTool upgrade support project.



The ideal candidate will have a solid balance of functional knowledge and technical development skills, and the ability to work closely with business users and technical teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional Responsibilities• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs• Provide functional support for PeopleSoft modules such as: o HCM (Core HR, ESS, MSS, Absence Management, ELM) • Perform fit gap analysis, impact analysis, and solution design• To be able to understando Functional Design Documents (FDD)o Business Requirement Documents (BRD)o Functional Specifications (FS)• Support UAT, defect resolution, and production issue analysis
Technical Responsibilities• Work on PeopleSoft Applications using: o PeopleCode / PeopleToolso Application Engine (AE)o Component Interfaces (CI)o File Layoutso Integration Broker ( Preferably havin
