Role: Channel Sales – Relationship Manager | Architects & Builders

About the role
We are looking for a confident and relationship-driven Channel Sales – Relationship Manager to build and manage strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and other premium real-estate ecosystem partners.

The role is focused on developing a robust referral and channel network, generating qualified opportunities, and converting relationships into consistent business for our premium interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, interior designers and real-estate professionals.
Identify and onboard new channel partners who cater to premium and luxury residential clients.
Generate qualified leads and business opportunities through the channel network.
Conduct regular meetings, presentations and relationship-building activities with partners.
Understand partner requirements and position our premium interior solutions accordingly.
Coordinate with the internal Sales,



Design and Project teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
Track leads, opportunities, conversions and channel performance.
Develop long-term partnerships rather than focusing only on one-time transactions.
Attend networking events, industry meetings, exhibitions and partner engagements.
Maintain regular follow-ups with architects and builders to stay top-of-mind for upcoming projects.
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets.
What We are looking for
5+ years of experience in Channel Sales, B2B Sales, Relationship Management or Business Development.
Experience in real estate, interior design, architecture, building materials, modular interiors, furniture or luxury products is preferred.
Strong existing network among architects, builders, developers or interior designers will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
