Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth, strengthen referral networks, and develop strategic relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare partners for our IVF & Fertility Centre.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain robust professional relationships with Gynaecologists, General Physicians, Hospitals, Clinics, and Healthcare Professionals.
- Identify and develop new referral sources and potential business opportunities.
- Conduct regular visits to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and referral partners.
- Generate qualified patient referrals for IVF, IUI, fertility consultations, and related services.




- Promote the centre's fertility and reproductive healthcare services ethically and professionally.
- Manage and strengthen existing doctor and referral networks.
- Track referral leads, conversions, follow-ups, and business performance.
- Coordinate with Branch Admin, Doctors, Counsellors, and Corporate/Marketing teams for smooth patient conversion and follow-up.
- Conduct doctor meetings, CME programs, awareness activities, and professional engagement initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on field visits, leads, referrals, conversions, and revenue.
- Ensure all business development activities comply with company policies and applicable healthcare regulations.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, referral, conversion, and revenue targets.
