Experience

1–3 Years in Project Report Preparation, Banking/Loan Documentation, Financial Analysis, MSME Consultancy, NBFC or similar profile.

Job Summary

We are looking for a DPR Executive / Project Report Executive who will be responsible for preparing professional and detailed Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for clients applying for business loans, government schemes, MSME funding, Mudra Loans, PMEGP and other financial assistance programs.

The candidate should have good knowledge of project report preparation, financial projections, business plans, costing, profitability analysis, loan requirements and basic banking/financial concepts.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and qualified Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) for different businesses and industries.
- Understand the client's business model, proposed investment, products/services and funding requirements.




- Collect and verify required business, financial and KYC-related information from clients.
- Prepare Project Cost, Means of Finance and Investment Structure.
- Prepare projected Profit & Loss Statement.
- Prepare projected Balance Sheet.
- Prepare Cash Flow Statement and fund-flow analysis where required.
- Prepare DSCR, Break-Even Point, ROI, IRR and other financial projections as applicable.
- Calculate working capital requirements and loan repayment/EMI projections.
- Prepare sales, expense, profitability and growth projections.
- Research industry/business-related information required for DPR preparation.
- Prepare DPRs according to bank, government scheme or financial institution requirements.
- Make necessary corrections and modifications in DPRs based on client or lender requirements.
- Coordinate with the Loan Processing, Sales and Client Relationship teams.
