Role Description
The Telephone Interviewer is a full time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai. This position involves conducting structured and semi-structured telephone interviews with candidates, gathering accurate information about their skills, experience, and career goals. The Telephone Interviewer will screen applicants against predefined criteria, document interview outcomes in internal systems, and provide clear summaries to recruitment consultants or hiring managers. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling calls,



following interview scripts while adapting to candidate responses, answering basic queries about open roles, and maintaining professional, courteous communication at all times. The role also requires adhering to data privacy guidelines, meeting daily and weekly interviewing targets, and collaborating with the wider recruitment team to improve processes and candidate experience.

Day shift ONLY

Number of vacancies: 12

Salary: INR 240000 to INR 300000 p.a. + performance incentives + annual bonus

Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and ask clear, structured questions.
