About Replate

Every night, bakeries and restaurants across India throw away perfectly good food simply because the clock hit closing time. Replate exists to stop that.

We're India's surplus food marketplace. Partner bakeries, cafés and restaurants list their unsold end-of-day food as discounted "Surprise Bags," which customers book on our app and collect at closing. Partners recover value on food they'd otherwise write off, customers get outstanding food at a fraction of the price, and good food gets rescued instead of ending up in landfill.

Since launching in June 2026 we've rescued
1,000+ bags of food
— that's around a tonne of food saved, roughly 2.7 tonnes of CO₂e avoided, and hundreds of thousands of litres of embedded water that didn't go to waste. All of it built across Hyderabad and Bangalore with 30+ partner outlets, a 10,000+ person community, and zero marketing spend.

We're a small, fast-moving founding team, and you'll be working directly with the founders on something that genuinely matters.

What you'll be doing
- Creating and posting content on Instagram: stories,



reels, carousels and posts that showcase our partner brands, Surprise Bags and the community rescuing food every night
- Telling the sustainability story — turning our impact data (food rescued, CO₂ avoided, water saved) into content people actually want to share
- Building and maintaining a content calendar so our channels stay consistently active
- Reaching out to potential partner bakeries, cafés and restaurants via Instagram DMs to bring more of them into the movement
- Collaborating with food bloggers, sustainability creators and influencers in Hyderabad and Bangalore
- Responding to customer queries and keeping our community engaged
- Collecting and curating user-generated content — customer photos and reviews of their rescued bags
- Writing and scheduling LinkedIn posts for the company and founders
- Tracking performance metrics and sharing what's working
- Supporting on-ground content
