1. Financial Management & Record-Keeping

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are properly

documented.

• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements,

and cash flow reports.

• Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate ledger entries.

2. Taxation & Compliance

• Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

• Ensure timely payment of taxes and statutory dues (GST, VAT, TDS, payroll taxes,

etc.).

• Assist in audits by providing necessary financial documents and explanations.

• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and accounting standards.

3. Budgeting & Financial Analysis





• Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.

• Monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth.

4. Payroll Processing

• Process employee salaries, deductions, and perks.

• Ensure payroll records are accurate and compliant with labor laws.

• Address payroll-related queries from employees.

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Generate financial reports for management decision-making.

• Collaborate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

• Support management in financial planning and risk management.
