Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance within hydraulics or switchgear parts manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspection techniques, and root cause analysis.
- Hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, and customer quality requirements.
- Familiarity with manufacturing and machining processes relevant to the respective industry.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
