Role Description The Senior Quality Management System Executive will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company’s quality management systems in alignment with industry standards and organizational goals. This full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana involves developing and updating quality policies and procedures, conducting internal audits, monitoring corrective and preventive actions, and ensuring compliance with relevant certifications and regulatory requirements.

The executive will collaborate closely with production, engineering, and operations teams to define quality benchmarks,



analyze non-conformities, and drive root cause analysis and process improvements. Daily responsibilities include preparing quality documentation and reports, training team members on QMS practices, coordinating with external auditors and customers on quality-related matters, and supporting initiatives that enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO standards), including documentation, implementation, audit processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments, preferably in heavy machinery, biomass solutions, or related industrial sectors.
- Proficiency in quality tools and techniques such as root cause analysis, CAPA, risk assessment, process validation, and data-driven performance monitoring.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and lead quality-related training and awareness programs.
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple quality projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in quality or QMS auditing are an advantage.
- Comfort working in office in a manufacturing setting in Ludhiana and commitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
