Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Quality Engineer role based in Renukut.

The Senior Quality

Engineer will oversee quality engineering activities, ensuring that processes, products, and systems meet defined standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality plans, conducting inspections and audits, analyzing data to identify trends, and driving corrective and preventive actions. The role involves collaborating with production, maintenance,



and technical teams to improve product quality, optimize processes, and reduce defects and variability.

The Senior Quality

Engineer will also support root cause analysis, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and prepare regular quality performance reports for leadership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Engineering and Quality Management.
- Candidates should possess solid experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Product Quality, including testing, validation, and compliance with internal and external standards.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in data analysis, root cause analysis (e.g., 5-Why, Fishbone), and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Metallurgical, Mechanical, Production, or related field); advanced qualifications or certifications in quality (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) are an advantage.
- Experience in metals, manufacturing, or process industries, preferably in aluminum or copper operations.
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in relevant quality tools and software, and familiarity with ISO and other applicable industry standards.
