Senior Quality Analyst (QA)

Role Objective

Ensure accuracy and compliance in the audits for order forms and contracts are accurate, compliant and aligned with client policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform QA checks on workflows Request verification form.

- Validate order details units of service, approvals, contract terms, invoicing details.

- Conduct sanity checks on order implementation and renewal cases.

- Document errors, categorize by severity, and Submit RCA.

- Provide feedback to assigned team members to prevent repeat errors.

- Maintain audit logs and compliance reports..

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree (Business/Finance/Operations).

- 2–4 years of QA experience in order management, deal execution, or BPO/KPO processes.





- Robust attention to detail and analytical ability.

- Familiarity with SAP, CRM, or workflow tools preferred.

- Excellent written and spoken English skills

- Effective written and verbal communication.

- Effective coaching and remedial skills

Work Requirements

- Ability to extend as per business needs to meet “End of Quarter business needs” based on Volume and client requests

- Location Hyderabad - Virtusa Campus

- Work Model Work from Office

- Shift 24 x 5

- Current Shift EMEA - 02 00 PM to 11 00 PM - 1 Way Drop transport provided

- Shift Allocation Based on business needs

- Shift Allowance As per Virtusa Policy
