Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Qt UI Developer with deep expertise in Qt/QML, Qt Quick, Qt Widgets, and C++ to design and develop high-performance, modern, and cross-platform desktop applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating intuitive user interfaces, reusable UI frameworks, custom controls, real-time visualization dashboards, and scalable UI architectures while collaborating closely with product, UX, and backend teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain rich desktop applications using the Qt Framework.
- Build modern, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using Qt/QML, Qt Quick, and Qt Widgets.
- Develop reusable UI components, custom controls, layouts, animations, and visualization elements.
- Implement scalable UI architectures using MVVM/MVC design patterns and component-based design.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services, REST APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
- Optimize application performance, memory usage, responsiveness, and rendering behavior.




- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to convert wireframes and prototypes into production-ready applications.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, architecture decisions, and quality improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI, application performance, and integration issues.
- Guide and mentor junior developers while driving UI engineering best practices.

Required Skills

Must Have

- 8+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on Qt UI development exposure.
- Robust expertise in Qt/QML, Qt Quick, Qt Widgets, and Qt Creator.
- Good understanding of UI/UX principles, object-oriented design, design patterns, and cross-platform development.
- Experience building reusable UI libraries, custom controls, animations, layouts, and responsive user interfaces.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, code quality, and performance optimization skills.
- Experience using source control systems such as Git.

Preferred
- Strong proficiency in C++ including C++11/14/17.
- Experience with multithreading, concurrent programming, real-time dashboards, and data visualization.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux application development environments.
- Ability to work independently and lead technical UI initiatives.
