Senior Purchase Executive – Sourcing & Vendor Development

Reporting To: Procurement Manager

Experience Required: 2–5 Years

We are looking for a Senior Purchase Executive with strong hands-on experience in product sourcing, purchasing, procurement, vendor development, and supplier negotiation.

The ideal candidate should be proactive in identifying new products, manufacturers, suppliers, and sourcing opportunities and should be capable of managing the procurement cycle from initial sourcing through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Source new, cutting-edge, and customised products for:
- Advertising and branding solutionsCustomer Experience CentresPromotional merchandiseCorporate giftingDisplay and visual merchandising solutions
- Identify and develop relationships with manufacturers, wholesalers, fabricators, printers, converters, and other specialised vendors.
- Source quotations, product specifications, samples, and commercial proposals from suppliers.
- Coordinate product and sample approvals with the Key Account Management (KAM) team.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, quality requirements, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare, issue, and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up closely with suppliers from order confirmation through production and final delivery.
- Continuously identify and develop new and alternate vendors to improve cost, quality, availability, and lead times.
- Maintain accurate sourcing, quotation, purchase, supplier, and vendor-development records.




- Support urgent and project-specific sourcing requirements based on customer needs.

Mandatory Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Sourcing, Purchase, or Procurement.
- Candidates must have a strong product sourcing and purchasing background. Candidates without relevant sourcing experience need not apply.
- Tally experience is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of computers, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Must be able to communicate fluently in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
- Strong vendor identification, negotiation, commercial evaluation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to independently identify new products, suppliers, manufacturers, and sourcing opportunities.
- Strong coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple sourcing requirements simultaneously.

Preferred Industry Exposure Candidates with sourcing or procurement experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:
- Customised products
- Advertising and branding materials
- Printing and packaging
- Fabrication
- Promotional merchandise
- Corporate gifting
- Display solutions
- Retail fixtures
- Customer Experience Centre solutions
