About The Role As Senior Product Marketer at IQWorks, you will own how our products are positioned, launched, and sold. You will translate a technical, AI-powered data protection platform into messaging that lands with privacy officers, CISOs, and compliance leaders, and you will build the narratives, launch plans, and enablement that turn product capability into pipeline.
You will work directly with the founders, product, and sales — shaping what we say about ComplyIQ, ConsentIQ, DiscoverIQ, ClassifyIQ, and the rest of the portfolio, and making sure every buyer touchpoint tells a consistent, compelling story. This is a hands-on role for someone who can both craft the positioning and ship the assets that carry it.
What You Will Do
- Own positioning and messaging across the IQWorks product portfolio, and keep it consistent from website to sales deck
- Plan and run product launches end to end — narrative, assets, channels, and internal enablement — in close partnership with product and sales
- Build the sales enablement library: pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demo narratives, and objection handling
- Translate technical capabilities into clear buyer value for privacy, security, and compliance leaders in regulated industries
- Own competitive intelligence — track the market, maintain compare content, and arm sales to win against incumbents
- Create and maintain product content — product pages, datasheets, use-case pages, webinars, and case studies
- Run customer, win/loss, and sales-call research to sharpen messaging and feed insight back to product
- Partner with growth and demand generation so campaigns carry the right product story to the right segment
- Measure how positioning, launches, and enablement move pipeline, win rates, and deal velocity
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of B2B product marketing experience,
ideally for SaaS or technical enterprise products
- Proven track record of positioning work and product launches that measurably moved pipeline or adoption
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to make a deeply technical product transparent and compelling
- Experience building sales enablement that sellers actually use, and partnering closely with sales in-deal
- Ability to work directly with product and engineering to distill capabilities into buyer-facing value
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying — multiple stakeholders, long cycles, security and compliance review
- Effective use of AI as a force multiplier across the product marketing workflow — research, messaging, content creation, and competitive analysis — with sharp judgment about where human oversight is essential so accuracy and brand voice are never compromised
- Hands-on execution ability paired with strategic thinking — you can both define the story and ship the assets
- Comfort operating with high ownership in a fast-moving startup
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing data privacy, security, compliance, or governance products
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations (DPDPA, GDPR, PDPL, HIPAA, or similar)
- Experience marketing to enterprise buyers in India or the Middle East
- Exposure to pricing and packaging decisions
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot for campaigns and content
- Prior experience as an early product marketing hire at a high-growth startup
