Job Role: Production Engineer / Assembler

- Assemble electro-mechanical products by integrating motors, PCBs, actuators, wiring harnesses, and structural components.

- Follow engineering drawings, assembly procedures, and standard operating procedures during production.

- Test and troubleshoot assembled units to identify faults, defects, and quality issues.

- Diagnose assembly-related problems and coordinate with the engineering team for corrective actions.

- Work closely with design and engineering teams to improve assembly processes and product quality.

- Identify opportunities to reduce assembly cycle time and improve production efficiency.

- Support the setup, calibration, and maintenance of jigs, fixtures, and assembly stations.

- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for product assembly.

- Read and understand technical and engineering drawings.

- Perform basic electrical and electronic wiring and testing activities.

- Maintain tools, equipment, and workstation cleanliness as per 5S standards.

- Maintain accurate production, inventory, and assembly records.





- Ensure products meet required quality and safety standards.

- Take ownership of assigned production activities and support the team in achieving production targets.

Job Requirements

- Education: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics

- Prior hands-on experience in electro-mechanical or product assembly is preferred.

- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

- Good knowledge of hand tools and power tools.

- Basic understanding of electronics, wiring, and testing equipment is an advantage.

- Detail-oriented and reliable approach toward work.

- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
