1. Planning & coordination with Managers for smooth & continuous operation of Plant along with complete adherence to the maintenance (both preventive & predictive) activities in Chemical Process plant.

- Coordination with contract persons for daily issuing of material for maintenance
- Planning & Supervision of equipment overhauling in coordination with company / contract fitters
1. Supervision and coordination with electrical, instrument and other department to carry out maintenance jobs
6. Responsible for maintenance of process plant equipment
- Ensuring complete safety requirement for carrying out any maintenance activities
- Maintaining and ensuring the availability of critical spares inventory
- Spares assessment & issuing from stores.
- Ensuring the engineering activities by following the applicable engineering standards.
- Breakdown analysis by following RCA methodology & implementation of CAPA**
