Title : Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory, stock movement, MIS reporting, and documentation while ensuring operational accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations, stock movement, and inventory records.
Handle STNs, dispatches, billing, and operational documentation.
Prepare daily, fortnightly, and monthly MIS and stock reports.
Conduct cycle counts, stock verification, and inventory audits.
Maintain accurate stock locations and inventory records.
Manage damaged, blocked, and Non-Effective (NE) stock.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, ISO, EHS, and warehouse safety standards.




Monitor logistics KPIs, 3PL transactions, and manpower utilization.
Support warehouse audits and process improvement initiatives.
Use Microsoft Excel for reporting and operational tracking.

Skills & Requirements
3–6 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
Valuable knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
Solid MIS reporting and Microsoft Excel skills.
Understanding of 3PL operations and logistics KPIs.
Positive coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
Experience in warehouse documentation and stock management will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
