Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience for an Inside Sales Executive position. The candidate will mainly handle B2B online enquiries, quotations, client follow-ups and basic Excel work.

Job Responsibilities
Handle enquiries received through IndiaMART and TradeIndia.
Respond to customer enquiries and understand their requirements.
Prepare and send quotations to clients.
Follow up with clients regarding quotations and pending enquiries.
Maintain customer and enquiry records in MS Excel.
Prepare basic Excel formats, reports and data sheets.
Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers.
Coordinate with clients regarding product details, pricing and order requirements.
Maintain proper records of quotations and follow-ups.
Assist with other basic sales and office-related work.

Skills Required
Positive communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
Willingness to learn sales and customer handling.
Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
