About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, all-round Marketing professional who can independently manage and execute Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Events, Society Marketing, and Partnerships.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both online and offline marketing channels, with a strong focus on lead generation, brand visibility, customer acquisition, and measurable results.

Responsibilities
Digital & Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
Website & Lead Generation
Drive relevant traffic to the company website through digital campaigns.
Coordinate on landing pages, website campaigns, and conversion optimization.
Track website leads, conversions,



and user behavior.
Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Social Media Marketing
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies.
Create and manage monthly content calendars.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other teams for content execution.
Increase brand awareness, engagement, reach, and community growth.
Track social media performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Influencer Marketing
Identify relevant influencers, creators, and content partners.
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns.
Handle influencer outreach, negotiations, coordination, and campaign execution.
Track influencer campaign performance and ROI.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with relevant creators.
Society & Community Marketing
Identify relevant housing societies, communities, and local groups for marketing a
