JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Student Counsellor to guide students in their academic and career-related decisions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding students’ needs, providing appropriate guidance, and maintaining positive relationships with students and parents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




Counsel students regarding academic, career, and course-related opportunities.
Understand students’ interests, goals, and requirements and recommend suitable options.
Communicate with students and parents through calls, messages, and in-person interactions.
Follow up with prospective students and support them throughout the admission process.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams.
Handle student queries and provide timely assistance.
Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.
Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with students.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 6 months of experience in student counselling, education counselling, admissions, telecalling, or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
