Position: Purchase Executive
Location: Bahadurgarh, Haryana
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Industry: Manufacturing – Steel / Aluminium

Job Responsibilities
Handle daily purchase activities for the manufacturing unit.
Purchase steel, aluminium, MS/SS materials, hardware, electrical items, consumables and other production materials.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations and material requirements.
Compare prices, negotiate rates and finalize suppliers.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Design and Accounts teams.
Check materials received against required quality, quantity and specifications.
Maintain purchase records, vendor details and material tracking.
Develop new vendors and maintain good relationships with existing suppliers.

Required Skills




Minimum 2 years of relevant purchase experience in a manufacturing company.
Experience in steel/aluminium manufacturing or fabrication industry is required.
Valuable knowledge of MS, SS, aluminium, hardware and industrial materials.
Good negotiation and vendor-management skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/purchase software.
Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to independently handle purchase requirements.

\ Note - Freshers are not eligible.
Preferred: Candidates with relevant experience in steel, aluminium, fabrication or industrial manufacturing companies.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹37,146.90 per month
