About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Leader to manage and supervise manpower operations at assigned sites, particularly in hospital housekeeping and patient-care services. The candidate will be responsible for team supervision, manpower deployment, service quality, client coordination, discipline, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage housekeeping and patient-care manpower at assigned sites.
Ensure proper manpower deployment and arrange backup manpower whenever required.
Monitor attendance, discipline, performance, and productivity of team members.
Ensure compliance with site-specific SOPs, hygiene standards, and service requirements.
Conduct regular site visits and monitor operational activities.




Coordinate with clients and address day-to-day operational concerns professionally.
Train and guide housekeeping and security personnel as required.
Ensure adequate manpower availability as per operational requirements.
Monitor the quality of housekeeping and patient-care services.
Coordinate with the Operations/Project Management team regarding site requirements and issues.
Prepare and submit regular operational reports and updates.
Handle team-related issues and resolve operational problems effectively.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable operational standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in hospital housekeeping / facility management is preferred.
Experience in manpower supervision and team handling.
Robust leadership and team-management skills.
Good client-handling and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate and manage multiple operational requirements.
