We are looking for a Product Development & Regulatory Affairs Executive to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have experience or robust exposure to food/nutraceutical product development, regulatory compliance, labelling, documentation and product registration.

The candidate will work closely with R&D;, Quality, Procurement and Commercial teams to support the development and launch of compliant, market-ready products.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end Recent Product Development (NPD) from concept to launch.
Support product formulation, reformulation and product improvement activities.
Prepare, review and update product labels in accordance with applicable regulations.
Conduct ingredient and regulatory compliance checks.
Assist with FSSAI compliance and other applicable food/nutraceutical regulations.
Support product registrations, notifications and regulatory documentation.
Prepare and maintain product specifications, technical documents and regulatory dossiers.




Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities.
Coordinate with R&D;, Quality, Procurement and Commercial teams for product development activities.
Assist in raw material and packaging coordination related to product development.
Ensure all required documentation is maintained accurately and updated.
Support regulatory and quality requirements before product launch.

Required Skills
Knowledge of Food/Nutraceutical Product Development
Understanding of FSSAI and food regulatory requirements

Label writing and label review
