Job Title: Purchase Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with basic working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems and hands-on experience in procurement processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle vendor management and procurement documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Place purchase orders as per company requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and develop recent vendors.
Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Maintain and update purchase records using ERP/SAP systems.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements.
Ensure timely delivery and quality compliance of ordered goods.
Maintain professional relationships with suppliers.
Prepare reports and documentation related to procurement activities.

Key Requirements:




Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in the purchase/procurement function.
Basic working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems.
Familiarity with the complete procurement cycle.
Robust negotiation and vendor development skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with good typing speed.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
