Manage employee relations.
Hiring and Firing Process.
Develop and manage compensation and advantages programs.
Analyze HR metrics and report to senior management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Required Positive Communication (Written and Verbal).
Experience- 8yrs-15yrs.
Salary is negotiable based on last drawn.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
