Job Responsibilities
Assemble furniture items such as wardrobes, beds, tables, cabinets, sofas, and other home furniture at customers’ locations.
Travel with the assigned delivery driver in the company van for furniture deliveries.
Safely unload and handle furniture items during delivery.
Assemble furniture according to the required specifications and installation guidelines.
Ensure proper fitting, alignment, finishing, and quality of assembled furniture.
Handle tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
Maintain good customer service and skilled behaviour at the customer’s location.
Complete assigned deliveries and installations within the given timeline.
Take care of furniture and company materials during transportation and installation.
Eligibility
6 months to 1 year of experience in furniture assembly/carpentry preferred.
Candidates with experience in assembling wardrobes, beds, cabinets, modular furniture, or similar furniture will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of carpentry tools and furniture assembly.
Physically fit and comfortable travelling for deliveries and installations.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Salary & Incentives
Payment will be provided on a per-piece basis.
Additional target-based incentives are available for achieving assigned installation/assembly targets.
Higher productivity can provide an chance to earn additional incentives.
